I am a researcher focused on understanding the intricate relationship between aging hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), clonal hematopoiesis (CH), and the development of leukemia.

I am a researcher focused on understanding the intricate relationship between aging hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), clonal hematopoiesis (CH), and the development of leukemia. By investigating how epigenetic changes and 3D genome dynamics impact HSC function, I aim to uncover the mechanisms behind age-related CH. My work involves studying insulator dysfunction, master regulators, and putative driver genes using advanced computational techniques and multi-omics data integration. Ultimately, my research has the potential to identify new therapeutic targets for blood and immune disorders in aging individuals, aligning with the mission of organizations dedicated to combating these diseases.
