Introduction to Image Analysis with Fiji

This is a two-day workshop intended for researchers who want to use Fiji for image processing and will introduce basic concepts of image analysis and intermediate workflows using Fiji. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to automate the bulk your image analysis, making it faster, more consistent and reproducible.

This workshop is offered in classrooms at the Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, Maine and Farmington, Connecticut, however, remote participation from desks, home, or away will not be supported. This workshop is open to Jackson Laboratory Employees as well as those from neighboring institutions.
