Biostatistics and Statistical Genetics

The Biostatistics group provides analysis support over a wide array of data types and domains. The data dealt by the Biostatistics team includes but not limited to, statistical genetics (QTL and GWAS), genomics (exome/DNA-seq), epigenomics & regulomics (ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq), transcriptomics (RNA-seq), ribosomics (Rip-seq), ncRNAs (miRNA-seq), metabolomics and proteomics. In addition to the analyses listed above, the Biostatistics group is available to consult with you on statistical experimental design & analysis including power and sample size analysis.
