In MODEL-AD we are working to build new Late-onset Alzheimer's mouse models that are available to the scientific community.
We build new models with different genes of interest and characterize the models with behavioral testing as well as looking at biomarkers. I primarily focus on harvests, wet bench procedures and imaging tissue.
