I work on making various library preps (Human and Mouse Exome, Whole Genome, Human Cancer Panel Capture, PCR Amplicons, targeted Array Capture, All-Seq, Small RNA, PacBio Iso-Seq, PacBio Whole Genome, PacBio Targeted Amplicons, PacBio targeted Iso-Seq, Oxford Nanopore prep), extractions (DNA and RNA from tissue, blood, cells) and sequencing on Illumina MiSeq and NovaSeq 6000, PacBio Sequel II and Oxford GridION platforms.
