My role in Genome Technologies is to be responsible for constructing all RNA-seq libraries, and evaluating new RNA library prep kits. Genome Technologies at The Jackson Laboratory supports several platforms and techniques for gene expression and high-throughput sequencing studies. GT provides all services required for high-throughput sequencing and gene expression studies including nucleic acid isolation and QC, library generation and sequence acquisition.
