The Advances in Genomic Technology Development (AGTD) 2024 Annual Meeting will be held in-person from 8:30 am Tuesday, June 11, until 4:00 pm Thursday, June 13, at The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine, Farmington, CT. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an open forum for NHGRI Genome Technology Development Program grantees to discuss key scientific and technical challenges faced with advanced sequencing, genomic, and synthetic nucleic acid technologies.
The meeting will bring together NHGRI Genomic Technology (GT) Program grantees who have insights that could synergistically help to develop a broad suite of novel methods. Activities are designed to update fellow grantees, NHGRI and the TDCC about progress in the field and specific funded projects, facilitate collaborations, and provide an interactive forum of presentations and networking opportunities for faculty/PIs, lab members and trainees.
Please have all GT Program members, including faculty, lab members and trainees, who wish to attend the meeting register through the links below before the registration deadline. Our goal is to have an interactive and vibrant meeting with an inclusive environment. However, attendance at the meeting is restricted to GT Program members and presentations will contain unpublished information and data: please do not share or forward links, presentations, or data from the meeting. Pre-meeting information, including the full schedule, logistics, and any changes to the program, will continue to be provided and updated on this webpage.
GT Program members are also encouraged to participate in the free, publicly-accessible, Genome Technology Forum being held on Monday, June 10, 2024 at The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine, Farmington, CT. This introduction to the development, uses, and challenges of a variety of new genomic technologies may enable a broader understanding of these technologies outside of GT Program members’ immediate expertise and facilitate multi-disciplinary collaboration. More information and registration can be found genome-technology-forum.
