• Fine Mapping - Identify location on chromosome of transgene integration or novel mutation.
• Speed Congenics - Quickly develop models which are congenic with a common genetic background of choice.
• Strain Background Monitoring - Confirm the percentages of different backgrounds present in a model.
• Custom SNP Panel Design - SNP panels can be designed to focus on specific regions of the genome to provide more detailed information on regions of interest.
