I am interested in gene by environment interactions and external effects on mammalian development.

Genetic diversity impacts an individual’s biological response to chemical and environmental exposures, with specific variants contributing to resistance or susceptibility. My work utilizes cell lines from diverse mouse models to replicate genetic variation found in human populations. I plan to utilize high content cellular screening to identify cellular responses to toxicant exposures and determine the gene networks that link responses to genetic variation.
