Our PDX collection has over 75 unique lung cancer PDX models representing a diverse set of clinically relevant mutations currently observed in the clinic. All lung patient-derived lung cancer models are available for efficacy testing at JAX In Vivo Services. For many of our lung PDX tumors, gene expression data and genomic data, standard of care data and pathology images are available through the Mouse Tumor Biology Database.
