Rowena Grainger, Ph.D., supports the academic, professional, and community experience of trainees across JAX's educational programs. Based on JAX's Farmington, CT campus, Rowena manages and designs initiatives that enhance trainee experiences from onboarding and mentorship to career development and well-being. She is dedicated to empowering emerging scientists with a learner-centered approach to all aspects of trainee programing.
She has a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Ph.D. in Medical Pharmacology from the University of Arizona.
