Responsible for customer sample preparation submitted for droplet-based and spatial transcriptomic single cell assays using 10x Genomics platforms; continue down-stream protocols leading to high quality NGS libraries for sequencing. Design and execute RND experiments to improve existing workflows within the lab; innovate on manufacturer protocols to refine experimental design and optimize throughput. Perform novel single cell methods, working alongside research scientists, to expand lab expertise and explore possibilities within the progressing single cell field.
