He has worked as a Site Director for GSK and Haleon for almost a decade, where he successfully transformed the site's cultures through his exceptional leadership skills.

Before joining GSK, Eduardo held various engineering roles for Nestlé, where he played a crucial role in supporting the development of the coffee business strategy and executing the company's plan, including the construction of manufacturing sites worldwide.
