I am the Research Assistant for the Joy Lab, where our work investigates neural circuit re-organization following a stroke. My research focuses on the development of molecular tools that can be used in live animals to track endogenous time-varying changes in the expression of neural plasticity proteins related to cognitive dysfunction after stroke.
