My research focuses on harnessing the innate immune system, particularly Natural Killer (NK) cells, for cancer immunotherapy. Inspired by their key role in cancer immunity and viral infections, I aim to identify immune correlates of protection and develop novel NK cell-based treatments. My work centers on uncovering metabolic mediators in subsets of murine and human NK cells, with the goal of advancing immunotherapies that enhance NK cell recall responses for more effective in vivo treatment.
