Patricia Clow, Ph.D.

Associate Research Scientist

Developing techniques for imaging genome dynamics.

Cell and molecular biologist who defined role of non-muscle myosin in cell movement with time-lapse 3D deconvolution fluorescence microscopy. Established and directed core microscopy and FACS facilities, and produced manufacturing cell lines in biopharmaceutical R&D for protein and antibody therapeutics. Currently applying imaging and cell line development background to image the dynamics of genomic loci.
