Cardiovascular Genetics, Gene Therapy, Cardiac Regeneration, Therapeutic Target Discovery, Cardiac Microtissues using iPSC-Cardiomyocytes
A member of the Hinson Lab since 2019, I drive multiple in vivo and in vitro projects. My current focus involves using proximity proteomics in mouse models to interrogate molecular mechanisms underlying cardiac disease, with the goal of discovering therapeutic targets. Sharing the lab's passion for translational research, I also lead gene therapy studies concerning inherited cardiomyopathies and cardiac regeneration. Acting lab manager since 2021.
