My research is centered around updating the TREAT-AD multi-omics pipeline to broaden its functionality and integrate data from multiple, diverse cohorts. This enhanced framework will let us compare Alzheimer’s disease risk profiles across racial groups. At the same time, I’m developing a more robust target risk scoring method that incorporates both cell-type specificity and AD subtype information.
