Investigating liquid biopsy through miRNA biomarkers and DNA methylation with a focus on germ cell tumors.
My research focuses on finding new diagnostic targets for germ cell tumors, differentiating germ cell tumors, and liquid biopsies. I utilize a variety of techniques to analyze patient samples, including RT-PCR, ddPCR and DNA methylation. I am certified on mouse research techniques and procedures and assist on patient derived xenograft procedures. Experienced in cell culture techniques, I maintain and grow cells for experiments along with processing and maintaining human tumor samples.
