I work as part of the MSPC team in Protein Sciences to implement proteomic and metabolomic extraction workflows for a diverse array of samples. Following sample submission, I work on taking investigator projects through from sample preparation to running the samples on the mass spectrometry instruments. I am training in multiple techniques, including protein/metabolite extraction, proteolytic digestions, peptide purification, affinity chromatography methods (glycol- and phospho-enrichment) and immunoprecipitation mass spectrometry, among other methods.
