Financial Wellness

• At JAX, your Social Security Number is required for payroll, benefits, Vanguard (Retirement plans), and tax purposes. The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team is experienced in helping candidates navigate this process to gain this documentation.
• We understand that navigating payroll and human resources policies can be challenging. To help candidates be successful, JAX uses the HR and payroll information hub called Workday. This tool gives you access to your employee account as well as training videos and reference guides.
• Through JAX’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you can connect with advisors from financial services to free legal consultation.

Work/Life Balance

• The DEI team helps new employees navigate local school systems, housing options and regional information.
• The DEI team provides a series of programs, such as Global Talks and Around the World Cultural Chats, and opportunities to help our international employees to settle into their communities and learn about each other.
• We offer several ways for our employees to communicate across the campuses. Yammer is one of them. The internal social platform to share ideas, recipes, workouts, and more.
• JAX supports Employee Resource Groups (ERG), which are employee-led, self-directed voluntary groups that offer opportunities to network internally, attract a diverse employee base, provide the inclusion of ideas and solutions, and create opportunities for mentoring and career development.
