Detailed description

When bred to a strain with the targeted null allele (Stock No. 005646) and a strain expressing Cre recombinase in mammary gland epithelium (see Stock No. 003552 for example), this mutant mouse strain may be useful in studies of epithelial cell differentiation in the mammary gland and in breast cancer.

When bred to a strain with the targeted null allele (Stock No. 005646) and a strain expressing Cre recombinase in endothelial cells (see Stock No. 008863 for example), this mutant mouse strain may be useful in cardiac studies.

When bred to a strain expressing Cre recombinase in cardiomyocytes (Stock No. 010911) this mutant mouse strain may be useful in cardiac studies.
