NOD.CB17-Prkdc^scid at N10 was crossed with NOR/Lt to capture the B2m^b allele. This was followed by backcrossing 11 generations to NOD.CB17-Prkdc^scid then sibling mating to fix this congenic homozygous for B2m^b.
