Detailed description

Mice homozygous for the Fcgrt^tm1Dcr and Prkdc^scid alleles produce no mature T cells or B cells and have low serum levels of IgG and albumin. This strain may be used as a control for B6.Cg-Fcgrt^tm1Dcr Prkdc^scid Tg(FCGRT)32Dcr/DcrJ (Stock No. 018441).

Development

These mice were generated by crossing B6.129X1-Fcgrt^tm1Dcr/DcrJ mice (STOCK No. 003982) to B6.CB17-Prkdc^scid/SzJ mice (STOCK No. 001913).
