The JCPG Bioinformatics Core supports the development of novel mouse models by providing the bioinformatics environment necessary for heterogeneous data integration and analysis, seamless data workflow among the Center components, and dissemination of data to the research community.
Bioinformatics Tools
GeneWeaver is a web-based system for the integration of heterogeneous functional genomics data. It consists of a database and integrated toolset that allows users to combine diverse genomic data sets from multiple species and experiment types, and sharing data and results publicly or across collaborative groups.
