My primary research interest is to reveal the transcriptional regulatory networks involved in three-dimensional (3D) chromatin structure during cancer genesis using high throughput sequencing strategies

I have made contributions to the development of various genomic technologies in DNA sequencing, including long reads ChIA-PET, RICh-PET, All-Seq, in situ ChIA-PET, ChIA-Drop, and the computational tools to process and analyze data. Based on these cutting-edge techniques, the major focus of my research is 3D chromatin configuration in liver cancer and acute promyeloid leukemia (APL) and the mechanism of the loop extrusion model in the human genome.
