Postbaccalaureate Intern

Interested in the impact of structural variants and transposable elements on gene regulation

I started my research career at Houston Baptist University, where I investigated the role of chordates as a model organism for immunity. After graduation, I was selected to be a Postbaccalaureate intern at the Jackson Lab.

Under the guidance of Christine Beck, I aim to investigate the effects of structural variants at enhancer regions.
