Dr. Li is the Clinical Laboratory Director of the Clinical Genomics laboratory at JAX-GM where she oversees both the Molecular and Virology specialties.
Dr. Li joined JAX Genomic Medicine as the Clinical Laboratory Director in 2019. She holds a Ph.D. in Medical Science/Genetics from Texas A&M University and M.D. from Shandong Medical University in China. She was trained in clinical molecular genetics at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City and is board-certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG). She has over 25 years of experience in diagnostics and biomarker research.
