Behavorial phenotyper and data steward for aging research
As a research assistant, I perform a series of behavioral and physiological tests on aging mice. I am also responsible for keeping a series of detailed inventories of mice, biological samples, clinical information, and behavioral data up to date and in useful formats for surrounding members and groups. I am working towards expanding my knowledge in computer software to aid in data quality control and analysis.
