About
The course emphasizes the advantages of each model system for addressing mechanisms relevant to the biology of human aging and regeneration pathways. In addition to basic principles of aging and regeneration, participants will hear about potential therapeutic applications of senolytics and parabiosis and engage in hypothesis-driven research to assess physiological consequences of timing anti-aging and pro-regenerative strategies during healing. The course will take place in our new Center for Biomedical Innovation training facility on the MDI Biological Laboratory campus.
Course participants will attend the associated Aging and Stem Cell Symposium at no extra charge.
Tuition: $4500 (academic and non-profit institutions), $7500 for those in commercial enterprise.
Tuition Includes: All course material, laboratory supplies, double occupancy housing and meals. Single occupancy, if available, can be purchased for an additional fee.
