About

This image analysis hackathon will be held in Bar Harbor in the Breezeway Training Room, and in Farmington Conference Room 3005. The goal of this hackathon and those that follow are:

to share skills
to work together on projects, and
to build community around image analysis

We'll focus on the Python library scikit-image and ImageJ software. You can make a lot of progress in image analysis by bringing your project to work on with other hackathon participants.
