JAX Education utilizes an online registration system. Each online registration form provides specific information about the event, pricing, dates etc. Payments are made through the online system. Registration forms will also indicate availability of scholarship funds to offset some participant costs.
Your payment is due within two weeks of the date of your registration date or 45 days from the start date of the course whichever comes first.
If your payment isn’t completed as noted here, your registration and subsequent participation is not guaranteed.
In order to receive a refund on your course registration, a signed, written cancellation must be received by post, email or fax) 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the course. Refunds will be subject to administrative fees, as follows:
• If cancelled prior to 30 days from the course start date, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $200 administrative fee.
• If cancelled 7-29 days prior to the course start date, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
• If cancelled less than 7 days prior to the course start date, no refund is available.
NOTE: If you are not able to attend the course but would like to send a qualified colleague in your place, JAX will transfer your registration fee to your colleague’s registration at no additional cost. Please contact the event planner for details and instructions regarding participant substitution.
Should it be necessary to cancel the event, The Jackson Laboratory will refund all registration fees paid; but is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other associated costs incurred by participants
Am I responsible for making and paying for my own transportation arrangements?
Yes. All participant must make and pay for their own transportation arrangements.
