Adam Cribbs, Ph.D.
Group Leader in Systems Biology and Next Generation Sequencing AnalysisThe University of Oxford
Adam leads a computational biology team with a broad interest in systems biology, immunology and epigenetics. He is currently assistant professor in systems biology and an MRC Career Development Fellow at the University of Oxford.Research in the Cribbs lab is directed towards understand disease biology from a functional genomics standpoint. We believe that advancing our understanding of the mechanisms that regulate genes, proteins and biological pathways will allow us to understand disease processes. To facilitate this work, we develop novel single-cell technology and computational frameworks that facilitate an understanding of the molecular mechanisms that control cellular function.
