Chromosome Substitution Strains (CSS)
Definition. A single chromosome from a donor strain replaces the corresponding chromosome in the host strain.
CS panel consists of 21 strains - each strain has a single host chromosome (1-19, X & Y) replaced with corresponding donor chromosome.
