Research assistants

Research assistants are a vital part of The Jackson Laboratory’s more than three dozen research teams and frequently take on the responsibility for completing important projects. 

  • Work with senior scientists in a supportive, collaborative environment.
  • Gain great experience in a wide variety of laboratory techniques.
  • Investigate the genetic basis of cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, heart disease and other major diseases.
