See our updated mapped mutant matrix - This matrix will continue to be updated as we complete mapping on heritable lines.

Removed as Not Heritable: 405; 453; 484; 485; 487

Removed as Non-Productive: 80; 147; 230

See our new mapped mutant matrix - This matrix will continue to be updated as we complete mapping on heritable lines.

Please visit our 'Available Now' webpage, as we have many phenotypes of heritable trait breeding pairs or cryopreserved lines available for heart, lung, blood and sleep researchers.

The following phenotypic deviants were posted during the month of May, 2006:

Phenotype Index: HLB Number(s):
Tachycardia 468
Obesity 349A
ECG - Long QT 424
ECG - Long QT and Prolonged QTC interval 432
ECG - Tachycardia 459
High HDL 476
High HDL 500

Removal of some lines from development- In order to concentrate resources on the most productive phenotypic models we have ceased development of a few lines, and have removed them from heritability breeding. For more information on our current lines please visit our list of models in development, and our available now mutant list.

March 2006

3/2/06 NOCI0602 no longer available - These mice are removed.

February 2006

2/1/06 NOCI animals available - The following mice are available to researchers on a first come, first served basis. These animals are Not of Central Interest (NOCI) to our mutagenesis screen. These mice are being offered on a first come, first served basis for 30 days from the date of the posting - 2/1/06.

NOCI0602 - Coat color deviant - 1 affected male and three unaffected female siblings.

Workshop notice - We will be offering a new workshop combining features from previously popular phenotyping and microarray analysis workshops. The new educational opportunity is titled "Integrative Approaches to the Analysis of Heart, Lung, Blood and Sleep Disorders", and will happen Apr 23, 2006 - Apr 28, 2006 at The Jackson Laboratory.
