Rb(6.16)24Lub Information

Derived from mice captured in Southern Italy near Lipari that came from Alfred Gropp.

Robertsonian chromosomes are bi-armed (metacentric) chromosomes formed by the joining of two single-armed (acrocentric) chromosomes at the centromere ends. Rb(6.16)24Bnr is homozygous for a Robertsonian chromosome containing chromosomes 6 and 16.
